If you make use of our Managed Services solution, we will be keeping a constant eye on your virtual server and all the tasks running on it. Thus, you will have much more time for your web sites or web applications.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Server isn’t the easiest procedure in this world. You will either have to use a different server or your desktop PC, or depend on some 3rd–party software. We offer a much simpler alternative with our Managed Services package. We’ll create a complete backup copy of your VPS server every week, so you never have to worry about losing essential info. Plus, we can always restore a backup very quickly. All backups we make are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to your web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you will have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. But, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and might require some additional setup on your part. This is where our Managed Services offer will come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting duties – which means you will be able to literally employ one of our practiced server admins for 30 min and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of app that you desire. Or have him solve a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
